Although I wasn't the lead PM for the Instapiano and Instadrum projects, Iactively participated through user research, product discussions, and usability testing. DRUM achieved solid user engagement and payment rates in the U.S. market. They feature a modern, youthful style, primarily utilizing popular songs to first let users experience the enjoyment of playing an instrument, then gradually transition them into structured learning.
